3. Exercise (walking/running/hiking, weights, yoga, boxing, basketball, etc.) – healthy, stress reliever, an emotional outlet, recreational
4. Monopoly – teaches critical thinking, budgeting, arithmetic
5. Scrabble – teaches spelling, language, arithmetic, algebra, strategy, creative thinking
6. Writing – encourages language skills, creative thinking, allows for self-expression
